
Our classes can welcome you at any stage you are at.
Our group fitness mission: All of our classes are limited to 8 participants to ensure that you will always feel supported. Our trainers are confident in adapting each class to suit the needs of the attendees so you are welcome to attend any class no matter what age, stage or fitness level you currently possess!
We will make sure you are challenged at the appropriate level so that you leave every class feeling amazing and satisfied.
BARRE
Barre is a fun and energetic workout which uses elements from ballet, pilates and yoga to give you a full body burn. This style of workout is predominantly bodyweight but your instructor may introduce small hand held weights or tools to add some extra resistance.
Wear bare feet or grip socks if you have them and prepare to sweat!
STRENGTH
Strength is our version of a circuit class suited to women who are looking to build lean muscle and lose weight.
You will be introduced to a range of equipment, weights and training styles designed to improve your fitness, strength, endurance and confidence! You will be closely guided through all of these exercises by a personal trainer to make sure that you are conducting the exercises with safety and efficiency.
MAT PILATES
Mat pilates is our most controlled class where we really take our time to engage with our core and deeper stabiliser muscles.
Based on the floor, these classes can be hugely beneficial for pre or post-partum women wanting to reconnect to damaged tissue and also for girls who want to learn how to get greater results in their strength training while being less prone to injury due to an understanding of core support.
RECOVERY
We created the Recovery class as an answer to body tightness and lack of flexibility when exercising isn’t met with sufficient stretching and lengthening.
This class focusses on dance and sport training stretches to encourage suppleness with the assistance of the odd yoga stretch. Foam rolling or assisted stretching techniques can also feature in the sessions to help everyone walk away feeling relaxed and more flexible than when they walked in.
