Circuit: This is a beginner friendly circuit class designed to improve your fitness, balance, stability and your muscle, heart and joint health. Our sessions are backed by science not trends!

Mums & Bubs: for pregnant or new mums wanting to gently gain their strength and fitness back. 40min class but pop in anytime within the hour as we know mum-life can be unpredictable and we want to make sure you still get your workout in.

Recovery: Stretch to release tightness, improve flexibility and mobility while reducing the risk of injury.
