After years of ballet as a kid, Chrissy returned to her roots as a barre teacher and later decided to pursue a Personal Training certificate with MAX International College for Fitness Professionals and well as a Pre and Post Natal Barre Training Certificate.
Her goal for BarreOne is to help every woman to feel welcomed and at home in the studio and within themselves!
