We are the only women’s fitness space on the Hibiscus Coast with members from 16-75 years of age!

A message from the owner:

“We know fitness is intimidating for women. There’s so many opinions online, so many studios/gyms where you feel like you have to wear the right brands or have a certain level of fitness before you start. That’s why I wanted to create something different and it is the only one of its kind on the Coast!

BarreOne Studio is a place where you can show up in whatever stage you’re at and feel supported. Our trainers will make you feel seen and important - like a small group personal training session at every class. We love a laugh, you’ll get to know the other girls, mums and grandmas that attend regularly and we love to celebrate your wins with you! You’re never too old or unfit to get started and feel better with every week.

What makes our studio different?

Culture: we think a healthy and supportive gym culture for women is severely lacking in every other gym. This is why community is just as important to us as fitness in terms of our values.

Variety: Instead of signing up for a membership doing the same class on repeat, you can switch up your routine with different class styles and intensities to suit your menstrual phase, your body’s recovery or simply your goals or mood.

Small Class Structure: we cap our classes at 8 people which means your instructor will know you by name, you’ll get to know the others around you that attend frequently and you’ll get the support you need to complete the exercises correctly and safely.

Safety: you will not find trendy and unhinged exercises at our studio. We prioritise technique to ensure that everyone is moving in a safe way to avoid the chances of injury. Our small classes enforce this as it is like a small group personal training session each time.

Healthy Goals: something we pride ourselves on is not promoting negative eating habits and body weight mentalities. Of course we want you to reach your goals (working with one of our Personal Trainers 1:1 will be best way to get the support you need), however we do not promote diet culture or quick weight loss challenges as we know that doesn’t lead to sustainable and positive development. Instead we educate on healthy lifestyle changes and offer nutrition support that can be implemented for a lifetime.

We offer several different types of fitness classes to suit each women’s different needs and interests. If you don’t know where to start or you’d like to sample a few, we recommend starting with our Newbie Offer which gives you 2 weeks to try 4 classes of your choice for half the price!
